"Sara has literally changed my life, there are no words that cover it!
Until he was 11 months old, Rafi was still being fed to sleep and then transferred to the cot - he'd always wake up the second I tried to put him in, so it wasn't uncommon to have to put him down about 8 times before he stayed asleep!! He'd then wake several times a night and the whole process would begin again, and again...! It was crippling and I felt like I was the only one who could put him to sleep or settle him
I contacted Sara a week or so before I was due to go back to work, and thought it was a complete long shot to hope that we could change Rafi's sleep in such a short period of time, I was convinced we were too far gone. In fact I ended up having the best week of sleep I'd ever had since Rafi was born as we saw incredible results from the first night of the plan!
Before I found Sara, I had bought a couple of online sleep courses and followed lots of sleep experts but just couldn't see how to get from where I was, to putting him down awake - it felt so unattainable and I just didn't have the confidence to go for it. Having the personal approach from Sara literally was a game changer, it kept me accountable, told me exactly what to do in any situation and meant there was someone to talk to about every detail of it and to keep me positive and motivated.
On our first zoom call, I literally cried just talking about where we were at with his sleep, and it was such a relief to talk to someone so kind and understanding about it and to hear Sara reassure us so confidently that we could change it, and quickly too.
And she was right! On night one, he went down without being fed to sleep, and slept through - unheard of!! He continued to make incredible progress so quickly, and I was able to go back to work well rested, enjoying my evenings, and knowing I wasn't going to have any night wakes - it was absolutely priceless to my wellbeing and the best money I've ever spent!
A month or so later, I found myself slipping back into old habits and giving him more active support to fall asleep due to the upheaval of weekends away, late evenings at work, endless viruses and teething - but Sara was amazing and got us back on track within a couple of days and now he's better than ever, falling alseep independently within a couple of minutes usually.
It's crazy to think of how different things were a few months ago and how much I'd just accepted being chronically sleep deprived. Sara made us see that there was hope and we didn't have to cope alone, and I am back to getting the same amount of sleep as before I had a baby! I just wish I'd found her sooner"
"We were having the worst time with our daughters sleep.
Bedtimes were a struggle, it could take well over an hour for her to fall asleep and we had to stay with her the whole time and then try to sneak away.
She would also wake in the night at around 1 or 2am and would be awake for hours screaming at the end of her bed.
We had to stay with her to get her back to sleep and she often refused to go back in her bed. We ended up sleeping with her in the spare room.

“Sara has changed our lives. Before I asked for Sara’s help, I was still co-sleeping with our 12-month-old boy, Max. I would cuddle Max to sleep and creep out of the room leaving pillows around the edge of the bed so he wouldn’t roll off. I would be constantly watching the baby monitor for when he woke up so I could rush to see to him. I would give him his bottle to soothe him
back to sleep.
This happened throughout the night, he would wake every couple of hours and I would reluctantly give him his milk knowing that he shouldn’t be having any during the night and it was affecting his appetite during the day. I was exhausted. I had tried many times to get to him sleep in his cot but I felt so lost and alone in the process, and didn’t know whether I was doing things right or not. I tried to wean him off his milk but that didn’t work.
A friend of a friend recommended Sara to me and I’m so glad I called her. We opted for the Sleep Support plan and after night 1 Max has been sleeping in his cot in his own room and through the night with no milk. I now put him down awake in his cot and leave the room and he falls asleep on his own.
I am so proud of him and so thankful for Sara’s help. I now have my bed back and I am no longer sleep deprived - meaning I have more patience throughout the day! Max also eats so much better now he doesn’t have milk during the night.

"We can’t thank Sara enough for the difference she has made for our family in the past month. Our daughter, Delilah, who is 2 and a half, had been a great sleeper from 6 months, going in to her cot, self settling to sleep and sleeping 7-7 without any fuss.
This all changed over the Summer holidays when she was not at nursery and we went away on two holidays. She began climbing out of her cot and refusing to go to bed, which became a real nightmare for about 2 months. We ended up having to move her to a big girls bed due to safety, which ended with myself sitting in Delilah’s room each evening for anything between 30 minutes to an hour and a half waiting for her to finally fall asleep, and then getting up between 2-5 times a night when she realised I had gone to do the same thing again.
With a baby due in November the anxiety of night-time became too much and we knew we needed to do something.
After many nights googling without much luck I came across Sara’s Instagram and we decided to take the plunge and go ahead with a support plan (which my partner was sceptical about at first!).
Sara was so kind and understanding from the start and really listened to the problems we were having from a place of compassion and empathy. There was a very quick turn around from my initial contact and we were able to start the plan within days.
By night 6, Delilah had slept all night without waking, and by night 8 I was simply reading her a story, kissing her goodnight and leaving the room as she settled herself to sleep without any issues.
The help we have received from Sara has been the biggest relief for our family before our new arrival. She was on hand the whole time when I had worries or questions and has helped me to feel equipped for any small issues that may arise in the near future.

When we first got in touch with Sara, we were all pretty broken from lack of sleep!
Our 6 month old had been waking up every 1-2 hours throughout the night for months, needing to be breastfed back to sleep every time, and I was just exhausted.
I seemed to spend my whole life trying to get her down for naps (or googling how to get her to nap!) - most of the time whatever I tried didn’t work, and we’d end up walking for hours with her in the carrier or driving about aimlessly.

From night 1 of our plan, we noticed a massive difference. After just a few days, our daughter had learnt to self settle and we had our first good night sleep in months! (Something that is still continuing now!).
With a bit more work (and support from Sara), we’ve also got to the point she will consistently nap for 3 hours throughout the day - we often put her down awake in her cot, and she drifts off to sleep by herself, something I never thought would happen!

“We decided to take a pro active approach and see Sara quite early. We weren’t experiencing any issues, however we wanted to stop any bad habits before they develop, understand a bit more about sleep training and learn the hacks.
Sara came over and spent hours with us, she clearly explained everything, and was very approachable and understanding. We felt confident with the advice she was giving us. We were left with a written guide and were able to ask her many follow up questions when we weren’t sure what to do. We hope to have another session in the future as a MOT/ check up. Before contacting Sara my 8 month old wouldn’t even entertain sleeping in his own cot. The night time routine was causing me so much stress knowing that if he went down one hour later he would be awake and this would continue throughout the night.

We contacted Sara for her help as our Daughter (3 years old) decided she didn't like to sleep anymore and bedtime had become a nightmare.
This had been going on for 3/4 months and we had had very little sleep and had tried all we knew.
From the 1st time speaking with Sara she was confident that she would have this cracked with a few changes. Sara asked her questions and discussed her Initial thoughts with us before going away and coming up with her bedtime routine for us.
I was very sceptical about it and didn't have much hope of this working... Little did I know.
Literally from day 3 Bedtime had become so much easier and she was asleep within minutes, the fight now was for her to stay asleep.
Again after a few more nights of doing exactly what Sara had told us she was doing brilliant and we became to feel half human again with getting night time sleep.
We are still trying different Ideas to make sure this still works and Sara has been great and very determined to help us out all the way to cracking this once and for all.
If anybody reading this is having Issues with there Children not sleeping don't think twice about contacting Sara and do it straight away as she will beat it for you.
Bedtime now is how it should be and we have Sara to thank for that.
We got in touch with Sara because we needed a bit of help.
Our 14 month old son had never slept through, and would wake anywhere between 2-5 times a night.
He would nap well, go to sleep really well, but anytime he woke up in the night would want feeding back to sleep.

“We cannot thank Sara enough. When I first asked for help I was exhausted, in tears most evenings and Alice hated bedtime. She hated it to the extent she would cry if she saw Peppa or Holly (little kingdom) go to bed. Hysterically cry!
After reviewing Alice’s routine (there wasnt one, other than for food. That was ridged) and talking about Alice’s habit, likes, dislikes.
Sara gave us a plan designed specifically for Alice. Clear instructions and a clear progression so its not all changes at once. You ease into it.
This really helped as Alice once she is in a routine, hates sudden changes to it!
Sara was on hand for advice and praise for when things went well. As parents we dont get praise very often and for someone just to say well done, you did it, it means the world. Sara is so good at giving you a boost and understands what it feels like to go through sleepless night. Sara is so kind and understanding, she is really with you for this journey.
I couldn't believe the difference having the routine and the tools/techniques have made.
It wasn't all smooth sailing there have been occasions where we have gone back to step 1. There have been long nights. Especially when on on holiday or illness. But, i have my safety net! I get out the guide or message Sara and there is so much less bedtime stress knowing that.
Nap times before were either too long or too short. We now have a set nap time and duration which Alice responds well to. Admittedly every Saturday can still be a challenge at nap time but that is the day the whole family are together, so its easily understandable she doesn't want to miss out.
Alice is now in a bed rather than cot. She goes to bed even better in a bed. I just say bedtime and she jumps in, head on pillow, bottom up in the air. I sit in her room for a short while then leave. She falls asleep much quicker.
She still has her moments when she want to stay up reading books or playing but when I say up late now, I mean 8-8:30pm not 9:30-10:30pm like it was before.
Alice hasn't changed with the clocks going back. She’s up at 5:30 instead of 6:30 but we are all actually enjoying getting up a bit earlier, so its worked out for the best. Time will tell if she changes in the summer.
The whole family are less stressed in the morning because we have all slept better and have more time"

She helped me transition from rocking my baby to sleep for at least 15 minutes, to going to sleep within 4 minutes straight in the cot.
She understand babies like no-one else, and helped me navigate the minefield of an age appropriate routine and sleep/awake windows.
Most recently she’s helped me again in dropping the night feed - night 1 and he slept through for the first time.
A massive 10.5 hours for him, and a monumental 8 hours for me...the first time in at least 18 months I’ve had more than 4 hours straight sleep!"
"After over a year of Henry coming into our bed every night, we finally have our bed back.
Henry used to come into our bed every night from 1am and was a little kicker!

"At 15 months, i thought it was too late to change the way Mia slept, but after talking to Sara, I felt like there was hope.
I was so drained and was not coping with being back at work with having rubbish nights constantly.
